Process 1 – Listing the Boat

  • Find boats for sale in your area. The customer and boat details of the listing must be logged on the Boatshed dashboard and activated on the dashboard within 2 months.  In all cases the Modular Broker may be asked to provide evidence that the lead was generated by them in the first instance and was not generated via Boatshed.com or other sources eg. the boat referral platform. Systems are in place to register the lead generation. If the referral is made via any other source, you will not be eligible for 20% share of the commission for finding the listing.
  • Boats must be over £25,000. Unless by prior agreement.
  • Commission charged is 10% with a minimum of £2000 ($/€).
