  • Assisting the Broker (Process 3 person)
  • Ensuring the Listing Agreements are signed and filed on google drive.
  • Marketing of the boats
  • Sending online signing documents – dealing with administration
  • Providing Legal Assistance
  • Funds management (there is a dedicated client account to handle all money transactions)
  • Negotiation assistance (duplication here with Process 3 person role)
  • Ensuring that all of the processes are completed correctly
  • Provide public liability insurance for Modular Brokerage Listing, Local Agent and Broker
  • Covering marketing and advertising costs to third party websites
